Press Release Summary: Crestron controls lighting and AV throughout Convention
Center Space in ARIA Resort & Casino - Centerpiece of the renowned Project

Press Release Body: ROCKLEIGH, NJ, October 27, 2008 - Crestron Electronics has been
chosen to control the lighting, audio and video in the expansive front- and
back-of-house convention center space in the ARIA Resort & Casino, the centerpiece
of the world renowned Las Vegas CityCenter. Scheduled to open in December, 2009,
ARIA will provide a premium event experience with a unique blend of modern
architecture, distinctive decor, and 300,000 square feet of technologically advanced
meeting and convention space. Seventeen Crestron control systems manage lighting and
AV throughout the common areas and 74 meeting spaces from 93 touchpanels. Crestron
RoomView(r) Server Edition building management software enables central and global
monitoring, management and control of all devices and sub-systems throughout the
facility.

Creston solutions will be controlling all the lighting and audio/video systems both
in the public areas and back of house rooms within ARIA's corporate and event space.
The 300,000 square foot convention facility will be accessible from guestrooms via a
second level promenade; natural light will illuminate the three above-ground levels
through a dramatic glass curtain wall that will span the entire north facade.

The main building management system includes a RACK2 and multiple PRO2 controllers.
Three TPS-17L wall mount touchpanels control satellite and IPTV, audio, video and
lighting. Sixteen TPMC-8X-DSW "floating" wireless touchpanels enable optimal
mobility for facility managers to monitor and control various systems from any
location throughout the building. Wall mount docking stations provide convenient
locations for touchpanel storage and recharging.

The seventy-four meeting spaces consist of 30 ballrooms, 36 meeting rooms, two
boardrooms and six training rooms, which are located on four levels. Each meeting
room and ballroom features a wall mount TPMC-8L touchpanel that controls the built
in projection systems, drop down projection screens and lights. The rooms are
designed to combine into 73 pre-set configurations with Crestron control systems
programmed to manage the resources in any combination with simple one-touch control.

The training rooms are located in the "back of the house" area in the basement. The
meeting rooms on Levels One and Three complement the large ballrooms as offices and
breakout rooms. The meeting rooms on Level Two create an intimate meeting area for
small groups separate from the large function space. The meeting rooms will range in
size from 840 to 3,912 square feet.

Level One:
The first level features the Bristlecone and Pinyon Ballrooms, Bluethorn Meeting
Rooms and two theatrical stages. The Bristlecone Ballroom is 51,560 square feet with
a ceiling height of 24' 3''. The area is divided into ten sections ranging from to
2,040 to 17,135 square feet, which combine into 21 unique configurations. There are
also eleven Bluethorn Meeting Rooms that combine into nine pre-set configurations,
totaling nine thousand square feet.

The Pinyon Ballroom is located directly across from the Bristlecone Ballroom. It is
38,300 square feet, divided into eight sections ranging from 1,968 to 11,600 square
feet, and configurable into fifteen different combinations. Level One provides
approximately 90,000 square feet of space for product display and programs.

Levels Two and Three:
Located on Level Two, there are twelve Copperleaf Meeting Rooms that offer 14,000
square feet of conference space. Level Three includes the Ironwood and Juniper
Ballrooms, the Starvine Meeting Rooms and two executive boardrooms.

The Ironwood Ballroom is 38,300 square feet and also features a theatrical stage.
Ironwood is comprised of eight sections ranging from 1,968 to 11,600 square feet.
The eight rooms can
combine into fifteen pre-set configurations.

The Juniper Ballroom is consists of four areas totaling 20,275 square feet and can
be combined into five distinct configurations. The four sections range from 3,500 to
10,124 square feet with a ceiling height of 20'.

Level Three also features thirteen Starvine Meeting rooms. They are configurable in
eight room combinations and total 16,000 square feet of conference space.
Finally, the Sage and Senna executive boardrooms also reside on Level Three. Custom
designed for high-level business meetings, each room will comfortably accommodate up
to 24 people.

The three full-functioning theatrical stages are each approximately 70' x 36' (2,650
square feet). Extensive catwalks enable rigging for dramatic lighting and hanging
banners. Copious power boxes will be located in the floor, ceiling, and side walls
for easy access and flexible staging.

Basement
The "back of the house" (BOH) area is in the basement, where ARIA management and
staff offices are located. The six training rooms featuring Crestron controlled
lighting and presentation systems are in this space. The BOH area is also home base
for technical support staff and facility management, where all systems are monitored
and controlled on the managed network using RoomView software. Using RoomView,
management can schedule meeting rooms and ballrooms, schedule routine maintenance,
monitor device usage and projector lamp life, and troubleshoot technical issues
remotely.

CityCenter is the largest, most advanced architectural project in the world.
Crestron was chosen to integrate technology throughout the facility to simplify
control, and to efficiently monitor and manage systems on a single platform. For
